Penelope Clearwater is a Ravenclaw Prefect (and Percy's girlfriend) in
COS. She is three years ahead of Harry, with long curly hair. Harry and Ron first meet her (unknowingly) when they are Crabbe
and Goyle, and accidentally mistake her for a Slytherin and ask her directions to "their" common room. She is caught in a
double Basalisk attack with Hermione, who kept her alive by warning her to first look around evey corner with a mirror. Percy
and Penelope are both Heads in their seventh year, and get outstanding grades.
