Cornelius Oswald Fudge is the Minister of Magic until HBP, when he is replaced
with Rufus Scrimgeour. He has gray hair, which is usually rumpled and messy, and is almost always wearing an expression of
deepest anxiousness. Fudge can be found carrying or wearing his lime-green bowler hat, and an odd mixture of clothes (for
example, a pinstriped suit, pointed violet boots, a red tie, and a long black cloak). He has been known to make many important
mistakes (most of them knowingly, and only to make himself look better).
