James Potter is late father to Harry and husband to Lily. His best
friends were Sirius Black (Harry's godfather and James' closest friend), Remus Lupin, and Peter Pettigrew. He was tall, thin,
and wore glasses like Harry's. His hair is also just like Harry's: untidy, stuck up in back, and jet black. His eyes, however,
were brown. His relatives included his parents (late; took Sirius in during holidays when he refused to go back to his own
family), sister-in-law Petunia, brother-in-law Vernon, and nehew Dudley. He was an only child. His wand was mahogony, 11 inches,
pliable, and, according to Olivander, had "a little more power and excellent for Transfiguration." Interesting, considering
James was an Animagus... When he was at school, James was Head Boy (althogh he wasn't a Prefect), and also Seeker for the
Gryffindor Quidditch team.
