Percy Ignatious Weasley is the third eldest Weasley teen- he is
older than Fred, George, Ron, and Ginny, but younger than Bill and Charlie. He was both Prefect and Head Boy when he was at
Hogwarts (Philosopher's Stone-Prisoner of Azkaban). Percy has neat flaming red hair and horn-rimmed glasses, and
is four years older than Harry, Ron, and Hermione.
