EXPLANATION: Erases the memory of the target with varying degrees of severity

WAND MOVEMENT: Raise wand high above head and incantate

USES: (COS) Lockhart performs Memory Charms on the people whose stories he writes and takes credit for so that they don't remember ever doing it

(COS) Lockhart attempts to use Memory Charms on Harry and Ron; however, Ron's wand backfires (what's new) and hits Lockhart instead

(POA) The members of the Accidental Magic Reversal Department (Obliviators) use this Charm on Aunt Marge so that she doesn't remember how Harry blew her up.
